Q: Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy my own?
A: We offer both options! Most customers choose our premium commercial-grade LED lights, which we supply, install, and maintain. If you already have lights, we can install those as well (subject to inspection for safety and quality).
Q: When should I schedule my installation?
A: We recommend booking early—ideally by October—to secure your preferred installation date. Our schedule fills up quickly once November arrives!
Q: What happens if a bulb goes out or something stops working?
A: We include free maintenance throughout the season. Just call or text us, and we’ll come out to fix any issues promptly.
Q: Will the installation damage my home or landscaping?
A: Not at all. We use clips, hooks, and fasteners specifically designed to protect your property—no nails or staples that could cause damage.
Q: When do you take down the lights?
A: We begin takedowns in early January and typically finish by the end of the month. We’ll schedule a convenient time that works for you.
Q: Do you store the lights for next year?
A: We don’t offer off-season storage. We believe it’s best for our clients to keep their own lights so you always know exactly where they are and have them ready for next season. This also ensures your lights stay in your possession and can be easily inspected or updated whenever you’d like.
Q: How much does it cost to install Christmas lights?
A: Pricing depends on the size of your home, the complexity of the design, and whether you’re renting or purchasing lights. Most residential installations range from $500 to $2,000. Free estimates are always available.
Q: Can I choose the colors or design?
A: Absolutely! We offer full customization. You can choose classic white, multicolor, themed patterns etc.
