Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of truelightlux.com and your electronic communications with TrueLight Luxury Property Services LLC (“TrueLight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Purpose and Scope

This website provides general information about TrueLight, our exterior property services, service areas, projects, estimate-request options, career opportunities, and ways to contact us.

These Terms govern website use and related electronic communications. They do not replace any estimate, quote, work authorization, invoice, service agreement, payment agreement, warranty, or other project-specific document issued by TrueLight.

When a project-specific written document conflicts with these Terms regarding the work being performed, the project-specific document controls.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or general descriptions that do not apply to every property or project.

Website photographs, project examples, service descriptions, measurements, pricing examples, timelines, and other content are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not guarantee that the same services, materials, design, pricing, schedule, or results will apply to another property.

We may modify, correct, remove, or update website content at any time without notice.

3. Estimate and Service Requests

Submitting an estimate request, contact form, career form, message, photograph, plan, map, measurement, or other information does not:

- Create a contract
- Require TrueLight to accept a project
- Guarantee service availability or service-area coverage
- Reserve a date or schedule
- Guarantee a response time
- Guarantee pricing
- Guarantee that an estimate can be completed remotely
- Guarantee that the submitted scope is complete or accurate

TrueLight may request additional information, photographs, measurements, documents, approvals, or an on-site review before determining whether a project can be accepted or accurately priced.

A project becomes binding only when the applicable estimate, quote, authorization, agreement, deposit requirement, or other written acceptance process has been completed as required by TrueLight.

4. Quotes, Pricing, Scheduling, and Services

Quotes and estimates are based on the information and property conditions reasonably available at the time they are prepared.

Pricing, scope, materials, quantities, access requirements, scheduling, and other project terms may change when:

- Submitted information is incomplete or inaccurate
- Measurements or site conditions differ from what was originally provided
- Hidden, concealed, underground, structural, drainage, utility, access, or property conditions are discovered
- The client requests additional or different work
- Material availability, supplier pricing, permit requirements, approval requirements, or other circumstances change
- Conditions require additional labor, equipment, removal, preparation, repair, or disposal

Any material project change may require a revised estimate, written change authorization, additional payment, or a separate agreement.

Scheduling is subject to written confirmation, weather, site readiness, access, material availability, crew availability, approvals, safety conditions, and other circumstances affecting the work.

Project-specific payment terms, deposits, cancellations, warranties, client responsibilities, material ownership, change orders, and service conditions will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, authorization, or service agreement.

5. Information and Materials You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to TrueLight.

You represent that you have the right and authority to submit any property information, photographs, plans, maps, documents, contact information, or other materials you provide.

You grant TrueLight permission to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to:

- Review and respond to your request
- Prepare an estimate or project recommendation
- Communicate with you
- Coordinate, document, or perform requested services
- Maintain appropriate business and project records

This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials to TrueLight.

Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, confidential third-party information you are not authorized to provide, or highly sensitive information through public website forms.

6. Text Message Terms

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Opting out of promotional texts does not prevent TrueLight from communicating with you through other permitted methods. Where legally permitted, TrueLight may still send communications reasonably necessary to complete or administer an existing transaction, service, account, or legal obligation.

Our collection and use of information associated with text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy:

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, logo, written content, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, service descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TrueLight and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business inquiry purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, or commercially use protected website content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to provide an honest review or lawful opinion about TrueLight, its services, or their experience.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The website may link to or use third-party services, including Jobber, Webador, Google, social-media platforms, maps, payment platforms, scheduling tools, and other service providers.

12. Website Availability and Disclaimer

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, engineering, architectural, financial, tax, insurance, code-compliance, or other professional advice.

Property and project decisions should be based on the applicable site conditions, written scope, professional review where appropriate, and project-specific agreements.

- Access to or use of the website
- Inability to access or use the website
- Reliance on general website content
- Third-party websites, platforms, or services
- Unauthorized interference with website communications or data beyond TrueLight’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Project-related liability, remedies, and obligations may be addressed separately in the applicable estimate, agreement, invoice, warranty, or other written project document.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action relating specifically to these Terms or use of this website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure by TrueLight to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, communications, business practices, or legal obligations.
